One of the greatest gifts you can give the HOMS PTO is your time!
The success of HOMS PTO, it’s events, and projects are highly dependent on people just like you who volunteer! There are so many ways to volunteer, from working a shift at an event, lending your business experience or resources to the PTO, coordinating a fundraiser, working in our new outdoor classroom or on various construction projects at the school, or even serving on the Board! Whatever your time and talent, there is a place for you to help make an impact at Harbour Oaks Montessori School! Build Work Bench
Our outdoor classroom needs a work bench! If you're handy and looking to donate some time, sign up to volunteer for this job.

Pick up Tree Stumps
Ryan's Tree Service in Snellville has donated tree stumps for seating in our outdoor classroom. This labor intensive job will take brute strength and a truck. If you're strong and looking to donate your time, please help us by volunteering to pickup these stumps.

Repaint Playhouses
The playhouses at the school could use a refresh. If you're crafty or know how to use a paintbrush and are looking to donate your time sign up to volunteer for this job!

Our new donkey's need a fence! If you're handy and know you're way around construction, our new donkey enclosure needs a fence! If you're looking to donate time and are handy, please sign up to help us out with this large project!

Join the PTO Board
Our board is missing at least one member to be compliant with our bylaws. Are you looking to learn more about how HOMS works and have a hand in our events as well as building our community? Join the board! Board members must be available to attend meeting and events regularly.

Adopt A Family
Ms. Laughlin has a neighbor who is collecting for a family in the Dominican Republic. A mother of 4 children was mistakenly killed by the police. A neighbor of theirs is fostering the 4 children but has 5 of her own. They are in need of clothes, shoes, deodorant, school supplies (which we have), soap, calculators, 8 bookbags. Used clothes and shoes are fine. Ms. Laughlin's neighbor is going there Dec. 20th
